Online roundtable on opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises in trade with Canada

The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between the European Union and Canada – CETA (EU – Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement) opens up numerous business opportunities on the Canadian market for European small and medium-sized enterprises.

In order to bring the opportunities offered by the agreement closer to companies, an online roundtable for small and medium-sized enterprises will take place on March 26th between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The event is primarily intended for companies that wish to obtain practical information and experience on how to start or strengthen trade with Canada.

The event will also feature companies that are already successfully doing business in the Canadian market and will present their experiences. Participants will be able to learn more about existing export support mechanisms in both the EU and Canada, including assistance from the Enterprise Europe Network. Practical examples of fulfilling customs requirements and online tools that help companies do business with Canada will also be presented.
