The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the upcoming Construction Services Act.
The new act aims to maximize the potential of the single market for construction and installation services and contribute to increasing the sector’s productivity while updating the regulatory framework. It will encourage the cross-border provision of construction and installation services, which can be particularly beneficial for small and medium-sized enterprises in border regions.
We invite you to contribute your opinion to the public consultation conducted by the European Commission. All submitted views will help the European Commission in shaping the new act.
