Fortissimo is a unique, large-scale EU music and education project, which has been recognised as one of the leading innovative EU projects in 2023 and has therefore been awarded the prestigious European EEN AWARD 2023. As a consortium partner project of almost €1.7 million, it has been significantly supported and developed within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). The partners of the Fortissimo project, including the Slovenian company INVIDA d.o.o., which joined the consortium through the intermediary support of the Centre for Knowledge Development and Transfer of the University of Primorska (CRPZ UP), a member of the Slovenian EEN Network, have developed an innovative tool for learning classical music in a virtually interactive way. When the Italian EEN partners were looking for suitably equipped and qualified partners at the time of the call for proposals, CRPZ UP, as the Slovenian EEN advisor, responded to the call for proposals and prepared a profile of the Slovenian company INVIDA d.o.o. and forwarded it directly by e-mail to the Italian colleagues through the EOI (expression of interest) mechanism. As INVIDA d.o.o. met the expectations of the Italian client, the EEN consultants contacted their clients and assisted in the discussions on the Creative Europe call for proposals. Thanks to this, INVIDA d.o.o. joined the consortium and the other 23 partners who presented and produced a great winning success story in the field of digital tools for classical music teaching, as well as in the ideas and mission of the EEN network. Invida Ltd. has remained actively involved with the EEN network and new project challenges even after the success described above. The company has already recently published a new business enquiry in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the production of avatars for sign language, which it wants to continue to “plough the EU’s digital social innovation trail” in the future.
“Invida d.o.o. would certainly not have been able to establish its participation in the Fortissimo consortium without the support of the CRPZ of the University of Primorska as the local contact point of the EEN network! Outstanding work!”,
