Trade fairs contribute to more efficient business operations of companies abroad by presenting products, services and technological solutions to potential business partners, gaining new business contacts and getting to know the foreign market.
In order to promote the successful international business of Slovenian companies, the public agency SPIRIT Slovenia is planning to organise group presentations of the Slovenian economy at international fairs abroad in 2026 and 2027. Slovenian companies are invited to submit their interest in group participation at international fairs abroad in 2026 and the first half of 2027.

Organising group presentations at international fairs abroad
SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, organises trade fair presentations as part of group presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad and covers the costs of renting an unfurnished exhibition space, technical connections for the operation of the group stand and the entry of exhibitors in the trade fair catalogue.
The costs of the elements of the exhibition structure, the set-up of the exhibition stand, the transport of exhibits and other costs of the exhibition presentation are borne by the companies themselves. The group stand shall be uniform in design and graphics. The set-up of the group stand shall be carried out by a joint set-up contractor chosen by the companies.
We invite all companies to submit their interest in participating as a group in international trade fairs abroad in 2026 and in the first half of 2027.
Means of communicating an interest
Each company can submit more than one fair proposal to this call for proposals.
The company is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. In the event of incomplete or incorrect information being provided, the Programme Committee for the Composition of Presentations of the Slovenian Economy at Trade Fairs Abroad reserves the right to exclude the proposal from further consideration.

Deadline for expressions of interest and method of selection of group presentations
The online form for expressing interest in participating as a group in international trade fairs abroad in 2026 and in the first half of 2027 is available at here.
Deadline for submitting the electronic form for expressing interest in group participation in international fairs abroad in 2026 and fairs to be held in the first half of 2027 to SPIRIT Slovenia, public agency is Friday, 5 September 2025.
The expressed interest will be the basis for the preparation of the programme of SPIRIT Slovenia, the public agency for group presentations of the Slovenian economy at international fairs abroad in 2026 and the first half of 2027.
Once the programme has been adopted, invitations and application materials for each fair will be published on www.spiritslovenia.si or www.izvoznookno.si.
In drawing up the final programme of trade fairs, the Programme Committee for the composition of presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad will take into account only the proposals submitted on the electronic form by the deadline for submission.
The Programme Committee will only consider proposals for participation in fairs that are of international or at least wider regional significance. The Programme Committee will structure the programme of fairs in such a way as to ensure a heterogeneous representation of industries. Before publishing the final programme of fairs, SPIRIT Slovenia, the public agency, will check with the fair organiser the availability of exhibition space and the feasibility of each fair.
On the basis of the interest gathered and within the given financial possibilities, we will prepare a programme of group presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad for 2026 and the first half of 2027.
