International Business Meetings at SIAL Paris 2026 Food Industry Fair
Companies from the food processing industry are invited to Business Meetings @ SIAL Paris 2026, international business meetings that will take place from October 17-20, 2026 as part of one of the world’s largest food industry fairs, SIAL Paris 2026 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.
Business meetings are intended primarily for food producers who want to establish contact with new international customers, as well as buyers, distributors, importers and other companies looking for new suppliers and business partners. The event is organized by partners of the Enterprise Europe Network in cooperation with Business France.
Who are business meetings for?
Companies from various areas of the food industry can participate, including:
- food and consumer products,
- organic foods and products in the field of health and well-being,
- soft drinks,
- food processing,
- cereals, legumes and fruits,
- seafood products,
- dairy products,
- frozen foodstuffs,
- prepared meals and snacks,
- meat products.
Why participate?
Pre-arranged 30-minute individual meetings allow companies to present their products to potential foreign partners in a short time and check the possibilities for new business cooperation and entry into foreign markets.
When registering, the company prepares a profile in English and presents its offer or products. It can then review the profiles of participating customers and suppliers and send or receive invitations to meetings.
In 2024, 384 qualified B2B meetings were held at SIAL Paris business meetings, with 127 suppliers and 201 buyers participating.
Application and costs
Application deadline: October 4, 2026.
Registration on the platform is free of charge. For buyers, participation in business meetings is free of charge, while for suppliers the price is EUR 250 excluding VAT for each confirmed and actually held business meeting. Travel expenses, accommodation and entry to the fair are not included.
We recommend that companies apply on time and prepare a quality profile in English, as this increases the chances of establishing relevant business contacts.
