Čezmejno poslovanje slovenskih podjetij – izzivi in priložnosti pri izvajanju storitev v Avstriji in drugih EU državah

October 13 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 pm

In this webinar, we will discuss key aspects of cross-border service provision in Austria, with a special focus on the European, Austrian, and Slovenian legal frameworks governing the posting of workers and the temporary provision of services in other EU member states. Participants will learn when and under what conditions a Slovenian company can legally operate in Austria, what requirements it must meet, and what documents it must submit to the relevant Austrian authorities. The goal of the webinar is to provide a comprehensive overview of the procedures, obligations, and practical challenges involved in the lawful, efficient, and safe provision of services in Austria and other European Union countries, while avoiding risks and penalties resulting from violations of labor and social legislation.
