The European Commission is organizing an online training on how to use the free online platform “Access2Markets”, which will take place on March 24, 2026, from 14:30 to 17:00.
The training will be held in English, with the option of interpretation into Croatian, Greek, Danish, Italian, and Spanish. During the training, experts will present key tools of the Access2Markets platform and demonstrate how companies can use them for importing, exporting, and doing business in foreign markets. The seminar also includes a Q&A session.
The training program includes:
- an overview of the Access2Markets platform
- a practical demonstration of how to use the import and export sections of the platform
- a presentation of the Single Entry Point for reporting trade barriers
- a presentation of the rules of origin tool (ROSA)
- the public procurement tool (My Trade Assistant for Procurement)
- the services and investment tool (MyTradeAssistant for Services and Investment)
- Assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises regarding trade defense measures (TDI SME Helpdesk).
Participation is free, but prior registration is required.
