The Slovenian Enterprise Fund (SPS)<\/a> plans to extend the eligible costs under the Intellectual Property Protection Voucher<\/a><\/strong> (V2) to provide companies with additional support in the effective management and exploitation of their intellectual property.<\/div>
<\/div><\/div>

A key innovation is the inclusion of the costs of valuation of patents, designs and trademarks<\/b> among the eligible costs of co-financing. The valuation will be able to be carried out by authorised appraisers of the value of intellectual property in accordance with the list of the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. <\/p>

With the envisaged amendment, the SPS aims to enable companies not only to protect, but also to professionally assess the value of their intellectual property<\/b>, which can contribute to better business decision-making, more efficient management of intangible assets and strengthening the competitiveness and market position of companies.<\/p>
