Za zagotovitev \u0161ir\u0161ih gospodarskih koristi morajo podprti projekti neposredno prispevati k razvoju evropske digitalne verige vrednosti \u2013 od izgradnje podatkovnih centrov do zagotavljanja storitev v oblaku. Pomembna je tudi sposobnost usposabljanja in delovanja re\u0161itev umetne inteligence na lokaciji, kjer se podatki ustvarjajo. Gre za sistemski pristop federiranega porazdeljenega ekosistema s pametno orkestracijo distribuiranega ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva in funkcij povezljivosti, ki omogo\u010da varen in zaupen prenos ter obdelavo mno\u017ei\u010dnih podatkov.<\/p><h5><b>The IPCEI CIC project focuses on two work areas:<\/b><\/h5><ul><li>the deployment and use of infrastructure,<\/li><li>the federation and interconnection of sovereign cross-border interconnected infrastructures at the EU level, operating as a computing continuum.<\/li><\/ul><p>We emphasize that the IPCEI CIC is in the process of being established \u2013 the start of the international matchmaking process is planned for the second quarter of 2026. This is a process that, through networking and connection-building, enables the establishment of partnerships between participating companies for the realization of the IPCEI CIC in specific work areas. The matchmaking process is a necessary phase in the establishment and development of the IPCEI CIC, where companies connect into a consortium of partners at the European level based on project proposals and planned development in individual work areas. Companies can participate in the IPCEI CIC as direct or associated partners.<\/p><p><b>Javno povabilo je za izkaz interesa in oddajo projektnih predlogov odprto do zaklju\u010denega povezovanja v IPCEI CIC.<\/b>&nbsp;Kljub temu podjetjem predlagamo, da izka\u017eejo interes in oddajo projektni predlog&nbsp;<b>do 23. decembra 2025<\/b>, saj bodo tako lahko vklju\u010dena v postopek povezovanja v IPCEI CIC \u017ee takoj na za\u010detku tega postopka.
