The Congress of Construction, Tinsmith, Roofer, and Energy Installer Sections, which took place on January 30 and 31 at the Bernardin Hotel in Portoro\u017e<\/strong>, once again demonstrated that the Slovenian construction industry is facing extensive changes as well as significant development opportunities. The event brought together more than 300 entrepreneurs, experts, and representatives of the state and regulatory institutions to discuss the future direction of the industry and the challenges brought by sustainable and technological transitions.<\/p>

An important part of the program was the presentation of the Enterprise Europe Network<\/strong>. Participants learned about the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network Slovenia<\/strong> and the support the network provides to small and medium-sized enterprises \u2013 particularly in the areas of international networking, finding business and technology partners, implementing innovations, and adapting to European policies and legislation.<\/p>

During the congress, there was an Enterprise Europe Network info point<\/strong> where event attendees could directly obtain information about support options within the network. Explanations were available regarding EEN services, individual consulting, opportunities for entering foreign markets, and support for companies in the green and digital transition. Direct contact with participants allowed for the exchange of specific questions and experiences and the establishment of new business connections.<\/p>

Discussions at the congress confirmed that the future development of the construction industry will require closer cooperation between the economy, the profession, and the state. In this process, support networks such as the Enterprise Europe Network play an important role in transferring knowledge, strengthening company competitiveness, and integrating the Slovenian construction industry into the European business environment.<\/p>
