The deadline for submitting project proposals is <strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"516\">April 16, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"576\">Objective of the call<\/h3><p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"667\">MSCA Staff Exchanges enables partnerships from different countries, sectors, and disciplines to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"1054\"><li data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"824\"><p data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"824\">carry out <strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"700\">staff exchanges<\/strong> (secondments), where not only researchers but also administrative, technical, and managerial staff can participate;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"896\"><p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"896\">promote <strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"855\">knowledge transfer<\/strong> and build lasting international connections;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1054\"><p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1054\">organize <strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"970\">workshops, mini-conferences, and other networking activities<\/strong> for the exchange of knowledge and innovative approaches.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1080\">What does the call bring?<\/h4><ul data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1346\"><li data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1117\"><p data-start=\"1084\" svetu.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1385\">Staff exchanges (secondments)<\/h3><p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1478\">The key mechanism of the call is time-limited exchanges, within which:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1767\"><li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1528\"><p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1528\">staff spend up to <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1525\">12 months abroad<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1602\"><p data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1602\">acquire new skills, expand their professional circle, and gain practical experience,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1767\"><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1767\">remain at their home institution after completing the secondment for the best possible <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1691\">transfer of knowledge<\/strong> and the establishment of lasting cooperation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1800\">They can include:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1972\">researchers at all career stages<\/li><li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1972\">administrative and managerial staff<\/li><li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1972\">technical experts who support R&amp;I activities<\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2003\">News in the 2026 call<\/h3><p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2068\">The 2026 call brings some important simplifications and improvements:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2415\"><li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2132\"><p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2360\">goals for the skills development of employees<\/strong> through exchanges are clearly defined.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2445\">International consortia<\/h3><p data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2513\">To apply for the call, the consortium must meet the minimum requirements:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2786\">at least <strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2551\">3 independent legal entities<\/strong> from three different countries<\/li><li data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2786\">at least <strong data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2670\">2 partners from different EU Member States or countries associated with the Horizon Europe program<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2786\">the consortium must include <strong data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"2748\">academic and non-academic partners<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"3067\">Organizations from <strong data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2817\">EU Member States<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"2867\">countries associated with the Horizon Europe program<\/strong> are eligible for funding.
