Trade fair appearances contribute to more effective business operations for companies abroad, as they allow for the presentation of products, services, and technological solutions to potential business partners, the acquisition of new business contacts, and the exploration of foreign markets. With the aim of promoting successful international operations of Slovenian companies, the public agency SPIRIT Slovenia plans to implement group presentations of the Slovenian economy at international trade fairs abroad in 2027 and 2028. We invite Slovenian companies to submit their interest in participating in group exhibitions at international trade fairs abroad in 2027 and the first half of 2028.

SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, organizes group presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad and covers the costs of renting an unfurnished exhibition space, technical connections for the operation of the group stand, and the registration of exhibitors in the trade fair catalog.

The costs of trade fair construction elements, setting up the exhibition space, transport of exhibits, and other costs related to the trade fair presentation are covered by the companies themselves. The group stand is unified in terms of design and graphics. The setup of the group stand is carried out by a joint contractor chosen by the companies. 
 
We invite all companies to send us their interest in group participation at international trade fairs abroad in 2027 and trade fairs taking place in the first half of 2028. <\/strong>
 
An individual company may participate in this call with multiple proposals for trade fairs.
 
The company is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. In the event that incomplete or incorrect data is submitted, the Program Committee for organizing the presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad reserves the right to exclude the proposal from further consideration.

The final deadline for submitting the electronic form <\/strong>to express interest in group participation at international trade fairs abroad in 2027 and trade fairs taking place in the first half of 2028 to SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, is Friday, September 18, 2026.<\/strong>
 
The expressed interest will serve as the basis for preparing the program of SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, for group presentations of the Slovenian economy at international trade fairs abroad in 2027 and the first half of 2028.

After the program is adopted, invitations and application materials for participation in individual trade fairs will be published on the portal <\/strong>www.spiritslovenia.si<\/strong><\/a> or <\/strong>www.izvoznookno.si<\/strong><\/a>
 
When preparing the final program of trade fairs, the Program Committee for organizing the presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad will consider only those proposals submitted via the electronic form within the submission deadline.

The Program Committee will only consider proposals for performances at those trade fairs that have international or at least broader regional significance. The Program Committee will compile the trade fair program to ensure a diverse representation of economic sectors. Before the final trade fair program is published, SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, will check the availability of exhibition space and the feasibility of each individual trade fair with the organizer.
 
Based on the collected interest and within the given financial capabilities, we will prepare the program for group presentations of the Slovenian economy at trade fairs abroad for 2027 and the first half of 2028.
