{"id":3248,"date":"2025-06-24T13:19:07","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T11:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/een.si\/call-for-proposals-to-co-finance-individual-company-appearances-at-international-fairs-2024-2028\/"},"modified":"2025-07-23T09:49:48","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T07:49:48","slug":"call-for-proposals-to-co-finance-individual-company-appearances-at-international-fairs-2024-2028","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/een.si\/en\/call-for-proposals-to-co-finance-individual-company-appearances-at-international-fairs-2024-2028\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for proposals to co-finance individual company appearances at international fairs 2024-2028"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Subject of the call for tenders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subject of the call for proposals is the co-financing of the presentation of SME products and\/or services at international fairs in the years 2024-2028 in order to strengthen the international competitiveness of SMEs and\/or the possibility of introducing products\/services on foreign markets and\/or to increase the possibilities of business cooperation of SMEs with foreign partners.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target groups\/beneficiaries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The target group\/end beneficiaries are SMEs (size is determined in accordance with the provisions of Annex I of Regulation 651\/2014\/EU):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wishing to diversify their business into foreign markets and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expand existing activities in foreign markets and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>present your products\/services to potential foreign partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An SME must be engaged in economic activity in the Republic of Slovenia and organised as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a company or an independent entrepreneur in accordance with the Companies Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2009-01-3036\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">65\/09<\/a> &#8211; official consolidated text, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2011-01-1587\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">33\/11<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2011-01-3912\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">91\/11<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2012-01-1401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">32\/12<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2012-01-2405\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">57\/12<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2013-01-1696\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">44\/13<\/a> &#8211; Decree of the US, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2013-01-3035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">82\/13<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2015-01-2281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">55\/15<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/1\/objava.jsp?sop=2017-01-0730\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">15\/17<\/a>, 22-19 &#8211; ZPos S, 158\/20 &#8211; ZintPK-C, 18\/21, 18\/23 &#8211; ZDU-1O and 75\/23; hereinafter referred to as &#8220;ZGD-1&#8221;), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a cooperative with limited liability or a cooperative without liability in accordance with the Act on Cooperatives (Official Journal of the RS, No 97\/09 &#8211; officially consolidated text and 121\/21; hereinafter referred to as the Act).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More information on the conditions can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiritslovenia.si\/resources-new\/vsebine\/SPIRIT\/Razpisi\/422\/JR%20za%20sofinanciranje%20individualnih%20nastopov%20podjetij%20na%20mednarodnih%20sejmih%20v%20letih%202024-2028.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Indicative funds available for the call for proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total indicative amount of funds available for the call for proposals is up to EUR 9 562 500.00. The funds are distributed among the individual submission deadlines, the cohesion region and the location of the fairs. No new questions shall be accepted by the Agency during the period from four working days before the closing date of each submission deadline up to and including the closing date of each submission deadline. The Agency will publish the answers to the questions no later than one (1) working day before the expiry of each submission deadline, provided that the questions have been submitted in time for that submission deadline.    <strong>The Agency reserves the right to answer the same questions once.<\/strong>  Invalid questions will not be considered. The published answers to the questions will become part of the tender documents.
