DESCRIPTION:Invitation to micro\, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)\n for training\nTHE NEW EU REGULATION ON PACKAGING AND PACKAGING WASTE IS ALREADY IN FORCE: \nFIRST OBLIGATIONS FOR CRAFTSMEN AND ENTREPRENEURS \nWhen:  Friday\, September 18\, 2026  \nWhere: Small Congress Hall\, Celje Congress Centre\, Celje Fair \nDuration: 1.5 hours (14.00 – 15.30) \nThe Slovenian Centre for Circular Economy is organising training on the new EU regulation on packaging and packaging waste. We will present key innovations\, obligations for companies and opportunities that the regulation brings for the transition to a circular economy.  \nThe new EU Regulation on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR)\, which applies from 12 August 2026\, gradually introduces new requirements for manufacturers\, importers\, distributors and other companies that place packaging or packaged products on the European Union market.  \nWhile not all obligations are introduced at the same time\, companies need to know the timeline of change today and understand how the new requirements will affect their business.
